SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Orders (USA & Canada)
  • All domestic orders are shipped within 5-7 business days from the purchase date.
  • All domestic orders are shipped with the carrier of your choice. This shipping method provides a tracking number and insurance.
  • All orders will be shipped to the address provided so please make sure that the address is correct. Refunds will not be made due to wrong address.
  • Refunds will not be made due to extended shipping times which are beyond our control.
 International Orders
  • All international orders are shipped within 5-7 business days from the purchase date.
  • All international orders are shipped with the carrier of your choice. Depending on the carrier selected, this shipping method may provide a tracking number and insurance.
  • Delivery times for international orders can vary, depending on holidays, peak shipping times, or longer distances.
  • Refunds will not be made due to extended shipping times which are beyond our control.
  • International shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose.

Our customers’ satisfaction is our #1 goal. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, here are some steps you can take: 
  
Returns
Returns are accepted for store credit within 5 business days of receiving the item. The item should be unused in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. The shipping cost for the return is covered by you. Once the package is received and checked for any damage or wear, store credit will be issued to you. Only the item's value will be refunded; shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
Once a shipment has left our hands we lay all trust and assurance in the postal carrier to get your adornments to you safe and sound. In the unlikely event that it arrives damaged, please contact us so we can make it right. We'll arrange a replacement item or issue a refund.

Exchanges 
Unfortunately, no exchanges are allowed at this time.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are not returnable. Before finalizing a custom order, customers are urged to ensure colors, patterns and clasp details are accurate. If you need an item by a certain date, we will try our best to make it happen. 

Clearance
All sales are final on clearance items. Items purchased using discount codes can be returned for store credit.
