Q: The color I ordered doesn’t look exactly like the one online.
A: We do our best to ensure our product photos reflect the true colors of each piece. However, please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your device’s screen resolution, brightness, or settings. Every Ebijou piece is crafted with care, and while there may be subtle variations, the quality and vibrancy remain the same.
Q: Do I have to worry about color transfer while wearing these necklaces?
A: No need to worry! Our necklaces are made with high-quality, color-safe fabrics. That means they won’t run or transfer onto your clothing, even on your brightest whites. All you’ll notice is the pop of color where it belongs; on you. For extra care, we recommend keeping your piece away from lotions, oils or perfumes so it stays looking vibrant wear after wear.
Q: How do I take care of my necklace?
A: Each Ebijou piece is handmade with care, so we recommend treating it gently. If your piece gets dirty, simply spot clean with a soft cloth, mild detergent, and water, then let it air dry. When you’re not wearing your necklace, store it in the dust bag we provide to keep it safe, clean, and ready for its next outing. With a little care, your necklace will stay vibrant and beautiful for years to come.
Q: Are the necklaces heavy?
A: Not at all. They’re lightweight and comfortable enough to wear all day, so you can turn heads without feeling weighed down.
Q: Can I wear these necklaces every day?
A: Absolutely! Ebijou is designed to add color and character to both everyday looks and special occasions. We do recommend avoiding swimming, showering, or wearing them in a sauna...
ORDERS + SHIPPING
Q: I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
A: Most orders ship within 5–7 business days of the order date. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check the status anytime by using the tracking number provided.

Q: Do you exhibit at shows?
A: Yes! We update our Instagram and Facebook pages with upcoming show dates, locations, and times. If you’d like to recommend a show or artisan event, let us know — we love meeting our community in person.
