Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

We take pride in the quality of our products. Please note that all sales are final; we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or you received the wrong item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or not the item you ordered, please contact our Concierge at hello@ebijou.co within 5 business days of receipt. Our Concierge will guide you through the process of exchanging the item.

If the original item is no longer in stock, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment.

Return Process

To be eligible for an exchange or refund:

  1. Notify our Concierge via hello@ebijou.co within 5 business days of receiving the item.

  2. After contacting us, a return label will be provided to you. The item must be shipped back to us within 5 business days after receiving this label.

  3. All items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the defect or error. Please allow up to 7 business days for the inspection and reshipping process. If the original item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Klarna Purchases ONLY 

Klarna purchased are entitled to a free return for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. This applies to all items purchased only with Klarna and must be unopened and unworn to qualify. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days.
