Shipping policy

For Domestic Orders (USA & Canada)

Ebijou offers standard and expedited delivery services within the United States. Available options will be displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address. 

Due to the handmade nature of each Ebijou piece, all orders are shipped within 5-7 business days from the purchase date (excluding weekends and holidays).

All domestic orders are shipped with the carrier of your choice, selected at checkout. This shipping method provides a tracking number and insurance.

All orders will be shipped to the address provided.  Please ensure that the address given is correct. Refunds will not be made due to an incorrect address.

Refunds will not be made due to extended shipping times, which are beyond our control. 

While we take great care in packaging your order, Ebijou is not responsible for any damage to packaging incurred during delivery. Damaged packaging does not qualify for replacement.
